For physical products, shipping times and costs are calculated at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs processing. Risk of loss and title for physical items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
4. Digital Products and Courses
Digital downloads and course content are delivered electronically and are non-refundable once access has been granted or the file has been downloaded. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use digital content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or share digital content with others.
Course access is granted to the individual purchaser only. Sharing login credentials or course materials with third parties is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination without refund.
5. Payments
We accept payment via credit and debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, and other methods presented at checkout, processed securely through Stripe. By submitting a payment, you represent that you are authorised to use the payment method provided. All transactions are encrypted and secure.
6. Returns and Refunds
Physical products may be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at the email address listed on our Contact page. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrectly sent.
Digital products and courses are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded, except where required by applicable law.
