How can we help?

Printing & files

How do I print only my size?

Our PDFs are layered. Open the file in Adobe Reader, turn off the layers you do not need and print. See the printing guide.

What's the difference between A4 and A0?

A4 prints at home on a normal printer and is taped together. A0 is one large sheet you can have printed at a copy shop.

Do I need a special printer?

No. Print at home on A4 or US Letter, or send the A0 file to a copy shop if you would rather have the whole pattern on one sheet.

Something in the printout does not line up

Check that the page was printed at 100% / "actual size" with no scaling — most printers default to "fit to page", which shrinks the pattern.

Downloads & account

Where are my patterns?

In My Account › My patterns, any time. We also email the links after purchase. Open My patterns.

Can I download a pattern again later?

Yes. The download link stays valid. If you have lost it, email us with your order number and we will send it again.

I bought on Etsy — can I access it here?

Sizing & fit

Which sizes are included?

Every pattern includes 10 sizes in one file: US 0–18 and EU 32–50. The PDF is layered, so you can switch off the sizes you do not need and print only yours.

How do I choose my size?

Measure your bust, waist and hips and compare them to the size chart. Between sizes? Choose by bust and adjust the waist and hips on the pattern.

I'm a complete beginner — will I manage?

Most patterns are written for beginners: illustrated instructions, the order of operations spelled out, and a video sew-along for many patterns. How to sew your first skirt.

Orders, refunds & licence

Do you offer refunds?

Because patterns are delivered instantly as digital files, they cannot be returned once downloaded. If something is wrong — a file will not open, is damaged, or is not what the listing described — email us and we will fix it or refund you. Full refund & returns policy.

Can I sell what I make?

Personal use is included with every pattern. To sell what you sew, add a commercial licence to the pattern you are using — the Small Commercial Licence covers up to 20 handmade items a year and the Unlimited Commercial Licence covers unlimited handmade items. Both are for handmade goods only, and each licence applies to one pattern. Licences explained.

How can I pay?

By card through Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), via Klarna, or with Link for one-tap checkout where available. All prices are in euros and every pattern is an instant download, so shipping is never added.
